To order a New Terminal - Contact your Support Team
When contacting your support team you will need the following information:
Country in which the terminal will be used
Product Model option - See our getting started guide for terminal options
Quantity - The number of terminals needed for each model selected
Who is ordering the device -
Full Name - Name of the person ordering the terminal
Email Address - Address where all communications are to be sent as they relate to your order.
Phone Number - A number where we can contact you if we have questions.
Company - Name of your company
Company ID - The ID that was provided to you when your account was setup.
Who is receiving the device -
Contact Name
Contact Phone
