How to order a new terminal

To order a New Terminal - Contact your Support Team

   When contacting your support team you will need the following information:

• Country in which the terminal will be used

• Product Model option - See our getting started guide for terminal options

• Quantity - The number of terminals needed for each model selected

• Who is ordering the device - 

• Full Name - Name of the person ordering the terminal

• Email Address - Address where all communications are to be sent as they relate to your order.

• Phone Number - A number where we can contact you if we have questions.

• Company - Name of your company 

• Company ID - The ID that was provided to you when your account was setup.

• Who is receiving the device - 

• Contact Name

• Contact Phone
