Troubleshoot First
Before returning or replacing a terminal, follow the steps in the terminal troubleshooting guide. This can resolve around 80% of terminal issues.
Returning a terminal - No longer needed
If the payment terminal is found to no longer be needed, a return order will need to be placed for the terminal to be returned.
Once you have submitted a request for the terminal to be returned, you will be sent packaging and instructions to return the faulty terminal free of charge using a courier company of our choice.
Returning a terminal - Reason - Faulty
If the payment terminal is found to be faulty after completing all troubleshooting steps, a return order will need to be placed for the terminal to be returned.
Once a request for the terminal to be returned has been submitted, packaging and instructions to return the faulty terminal will be sent free of charge using a courier company of our choice.
