Your charger is not charging the battery
The charger is broken or the power connector on the terminal is broken.
First solution: Inspect the charger
Second solution: Restart the terminal
Replace the charger or return the terminal

First Solution: Inspect the charger
Check whether the charger works with other terminals of the same model.
Make sure there is no dust or debris in the connectors on the charger and the terminal.

Second Solution: Restart the terminal
To restart the terminal, either:
Turn off the terminal, then turn it on again.
On tethered terminals (without battery), open the Admin menu and select Reboot, or disconnect and reconnect the power cord.
Verify whether the charger is now charging the battery.
If this does not solve the problem, replace the terminal or the charger.

Replace the charger or return the terminal
Follow the instructions to return the terminal .
After you have submitted your return or replacement order, you can't make changes, but you can cancel the order if we haven't processed it yet.
If you ordered a replacement terminal, you could track the terminal delivery using the tracking link located in your “Your Terminal Order Has Shipped” email.
