Terminal Does Not Turn On

If you need help starting your new terminal, go to the "Terminal Guide Listing" and select your device for more information.

1.  Make sure that you connected all necessary items that were delivered with the terminal.

2.  Make sure that the power cord is plugged in and charge the terminal for at least 30 minutes.

3.  Hold the Confirm button for at least 3 seconds.

4.  If the terminal still does not start, contact Support.



M400 - If the terminal has been powered up for more than 30 minutes and reflects a black screen but does not move beyond this step, there may be the need to reboot the terminal.   To reboot the terminal, Press the pin hold using a clip, hold for 30 seconds, release.
