You received the wrong terminal on delivery. This can only be resolved by replacing the terminal with the correct one.
Return or replace the terminal
Follow the instructions to return the terminal.
After you have submitted your return or replacement order, you can't make changes but you can cancel the order if we haven't processed it yet.
If you ordered a replacement terminal, you can track the terminal delivery. You can use the track & trace link that was included in your "Your terminal has shipped" email to verify that they confirm having delivered the payment terminal.
