Receipt roll
Your terminal doesn't print any receipts, or the receipt has pink stripes.
If the receipt has pink stripes, the roll is almost out of paper. Replace the receipt roll.
If the receipt roll does not print at all, check that the paper has been inserted as displayed in the picture below.

Inspect the terminal
1. Open the receipt roll cover.
2. Remove any dust and scraps of paper.
3. Check for physical structures that could block the receipt roll in any way.
4. Check if there are any loose or broken parts.
5. If you are using a third-party receipt roll, replace it with one of our receipt rolls. Contact your Support Team to place an order for a receipt roll.
If this does not solve the problem, you need to return or replace the terminal.

Return or replace the terminal
Follow the instructions to return the terminal.
After you have submitted your return or replacement order, you can't make changes, but you can cancel the order if we haven't processed it yet.
If you ordered a replacement terminal, you could track the terminal delivery using the tracking link located in your “Your Terminal Order Has Shipped” email.
