The pending icon indicates that there are payments that the terminal hasn't been able to send to the host for completion (capture and settlement)
Solution: Check network connection
Run diagnostics to check whether the terminal is able to reach the processor host system. If not, you may need to adjust your firewall settings or other network aspects.
You can:
Run connection tests on the terminal.
In a Terminal API integration, make a Diagnosis Request.
To check your network connection, follow the steps here.
Note that when the terminal indicates it is connected to your Wi-Fi network, this doesn't necessarily mean that it is connected to the internet. There can be issues with the connection from your Wi-Fi network to the internet.
