NYC1 - Bluetooth Update Failed

It is possible that a firmware update failed because it required a Bluetooth connection, and the card reader didn't have an active Bluetooth connection. 


When this happens, you need to reset the reader before you can try updating again. A screen appears with instructions on how to reset the reader.


This image shows an example of those instructions on iOS. Your POS app may show a different screen.
