Cause
Solution
No network connectionMake sure that the mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
Low batteryTry again with one of the other card readers that are paired with the mobile device.
Card entry failedHelp the customer to correctly tap, insert, or swipe their card, or tap their digital wallet device.
