My Name - Private Company

The following options will populate in the Company Details section when you select.

• My Name &

• Private

If your headquarters are at a different location, select yes and enter the additional address.

Once all documents have been imported a Summary page will populate similar to the one reflected below with your completed details

Review the Summary Page for completion and accuracy of information and select "Submit" when completed.  

Once the company details section has been completed you should see the "verified" notification on the home page of your application.
